1) Should I compulsorily register to shop with Geofresh ?

Yes. We expect the user to Register and shop with us to avail the privileges and offers issued to it's members.

2) How do I make payments ?

Geofresh offers the below mentioned payment options :

·         Pay online through Credit/Debit card

·         Netbanking facility

·         NEFT Transfer.

3) Is my credit card no secure ?

Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

4) Do I get any confirmation upon placing the order ?

Yes.You will get a confirmatory e-mail to your registered e-mail id.

5) How can I track my order ?

Kindly log into your Account. Click Track my order/ Order history and view the status of your current order. All notifications will be updated here. The order status will also be notified to the user through e-mail.

6) What are the current areas of delivery ?

Currently we ship across India.

7) When will the products get delivered ?

The products will be delivered within 2-4 days of placing the order.However if the requested item goes out of stock due to unexpected reasons, shipping might take 5-7 days.The  user will be informed about all  changes in delivery.

8) What is the delivery timing ?

All orders will be delivered within 48 hours after the order has been placed. All deliveries will occur between 10 A.M to 9 P.M. The exact time will be fixed over phone with the user by the admin/delivery team.

9) What is the minimum purchase   ?

There is no minimum purchase value. Orders below Rs.500 will be charged Rs.100. For orders between Rs.500 and Rs.1000 flat shipping rate of of Rs.50 will be charged. Free delivery for purchases above Rs.Rs.999.

10) What if there is a change of address ?

The user is adviced to update his current billing address through Account-> Edit information. He is expected to call the customer care executive and inform about the address change for undelivered orders.Any failure on the user part will result in the order being delivered to a wrong address for which Geofresh can't be held responsible.

11) How do I cancel the order ?

1. Please note that the user can call the customer care and cancel the order only if the order status is "Pending". The amount will be refunded to the user.

2. In case the order has been processed and shipped the user can reject the goods (partly/wholly) at doorstep.In such a case the user will be issued a credit note for the returned items. The credit value can be adjusted during subsequent purchases.
